Change Bookmark icon

Try:
Close Lotus Notes
Go to c:\program files\ibm\lotus\notes\
Double click nlnotes.exe
Use your usual login and password for Lotus Notes
Right click the bookmark icon you would like to change - select Change Bookmark icon.
The 'Insert Image Resource' window will appear
Choose from the suggested image resource list (16 X 13 size worked for me)
click OK.

Exit and re-open Lotus Notes from the desktop icon to view your changes.
